Up to the collection of the vehicle all was great , the hand over was disappointing, we had travelled 4.5 hours to collect the car , the car wasn't ready , hot drink offered in a paper cup , given a travel mug as thank you for purchase.

Spot on. No issues. My brand new car was exceptionally clean with a full tank of petrol and they even managed to put 2 m sport badges on the sides of the vehicle as requested by me for no extra cost.

I asked for my car NOT to be washed when I checked in online and when I handed over my keys, this was ignored and was washed. I asked for this not to be done as I had recently had it machine polished and a coating applied, so wanted to maintain paint

You end up needing car for 2 days as to order a part in. 2nd day I received no update and had to phone in about 4:30pm to check if my car was ready for collection. On collecting my car I was disappointed to not receive the complimentary car wash.
