I came in for a recall, and left with an issue which I've never had and when I called to question it, it was shut down and refused, my cars now going into another garage to be repaired and sorted.. and it's not the work which was recommended by you

Only thing that stops from a 5 is there was a little bit of belittling the staff. There was an instance where a manager had a go at the staff in front of customers which I did not think was appropriate

Headlight has had condensation since I've had the car , asked if they could fix it , they told me if it was damaged once they had taken the headlamp out I would have to pay , no visible damage to the front of the headlamp Warranty didn't matter

With one exception it was very good as it has always been. The exception is the results of the safety check weren't given to me at the time with my keys. If it had been I would have booked the car in at the time for the replacement of rear shocks.
